During winter 2023, I worked on designing new features for Dialogue’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a part of my product design internship. The goal for myself and the team was create new features and features to increase client retention and revenue.

About My Internship...
I worked on several aspects of the design process. I did UX research when designing new functionalities for our clients by conducting user interviews and customer journey maps.
These research processes allowed myself and the team to design new features with specificity towards certain types of clients and ensure the new features would be well suited for their needs.
I also designed several Dialogue EAP features to improve client experience. These features were guided by data analytics and catered to various types of employees as a company. The features ranged from wellness to mental health to substance abuse etc.

It was an absolute pleasure working with you Michelle! I got to learn so much about the inner workings of Dialogue and try my hand at so many different projects. You always encouraged me to put myself out there and showcase my work to everyone at Dialogue! And a big thanks as well to everyone in the expansion team :)
